Before you write

Include your browser, operating system and a short description of what happened. Never include passwords or recovery keys.

Backup and sync

Open the menu → Profile → Data to export a JSON copy or check sync. Web accounts sync between browsers; they do not currently sync with iCloud or the native Mac/iPad app.

Account recovery

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and use the recovery key saved at registration.

Keyboard shortcuts

N creates a task. Ctrl/⌘ K opens search. Alt ←/→ changes the week. Esc closes a panel.
